All mode lights are flashing or blinking Please make sure battery has charge/fresh. Note: Rechargeable battery is encouraged (Please always recharge battery before using to make sure it does not ran out of power). Otherwise, please use alkaline batteries.

Output photo is underexposed/black. The camera automatically determines the best setting to use. Please follow the LED light and turn the mode accordingly. Also, opening the film compartment will expose the film and will reset the film counter.

  • I’m very far from Ortigas (or I’m from the province), how can I send my instax for repair?
    • a. You may check with our List of Pick-up Points Nationwide here. If your camera is under warranty (see warranty card), you don’t have to pay for anything. Just present the warranty card and purchase receipt. All warranty will be confirmed by FUJIFILM once actual unit is received. Once warranty is void(out-of-warranty), you may pay a non-refundable fee of 800 pesos (this will cover shipping, handling/processing as well as diagnostic cost).

    • b. Another option is that you may ship directly via any courier to FUJIFILM Service Center at below address:

    Note:Before sending your camera, you may e-mail us at camera.services.ph@fujifilm.com regarding your complain and the camera/lens model. Please fill-up the Repair Form and send it to us together with the camera and other documents (purchase receipt and warranty card if available). Once your camera is shipped, please e-mail us the tracking number and the filled-up Repair Form for our monitoring.

  • How will I know if my instax is under warranty?
    FUJIFILM Philippines covers warranty for instax units which were bought from Authorized Local Dealers. Purchase receipt and warranty card should be submitted and your camera should be within 6 months (for instax Mini 7s, Mini 8, and Mini 9) or 1 year (for instax Mini 70, Mini 90, SHARE SP2, WIDE 300, and SQ10) from purchase date. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only (Warranty is void if defect is due to corrosion, accidents, etc. Please see Warranty Card.) FUJIFILM will confirm the warranty once we receive your camera.
  • What is the starting date of the warranty? The card validity date in the warranty card is sometimes more or less than 1 year.
    The warranty starts from actual purchase date as seen on the purchase receipt. The card validity date in the warranty card is for FUJIFILM’s internal reference only.
  • What happens if my instax is confirmed to be under warranty? And if no warranty?
    If your instax is confirmed to be under warranty, FUJIFILM will proceed with the repair and you don’t have to pay anything. If there is no warranty, FUJIFILM will send you a repair quotation for your approval before we proceed with the repair.
  • How can I get updates on the status of my instax?

  • How much is the usual cost of repair?
    The repair cost depends on a case-to-case basis. FUJIFILM can only confirm the price once we receive the actual unit. We have a non-refundable diagnostic fee of Php200. This can be deducted to the total bill if you will approve the repair quotation.
  • How can I pay for my repair?

  • How long will the repairs take?
    FUJIFILM will repair your instax within 5 working days from the time we receive your unit.
  • Where will the repair of my unit take place
    All repairs for all FUJIFILM cameras and lenses are done locally in the Service Center located in the FUJIFILM office.
